Elvion Fitness Warranty Policy

At Elvion Fitness, we design and distribute premium fitness equipment built for durability, performance, and long-term training use. Every product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty, giving customers confidence across our full range of cardio and strength equipment.

This warranty applies to all Elvion Fitness products, including home gym and light commercial use equipment.

Covered Products (All Include 1-Year Limited Warranty)

All of the following Elvion Fitness product categories are covered under a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery:

  • Treadmills (Foldable & Commercial Models)
    Covers motor systems, running decks, electronic displays, belts, and structural frame integrity under normal use.
  • Spin Bikes & Indoor Cycling Bikes
    Covers resistance systems, flywheels, drivetrains, frames, and console/display components.
  • Adjustable Weight Benches & Bench Press Systems
    Covers steel frames, adjustment mechanisms, locking systems, and structural weld integrity.
  • Commercial Bench & Rack Systems
    Covers heavy-duty frame construction, weld points, and load-bearing components under commercial use conditions.
  • Adjustable Dumbbell Sets
    Covers locking mechanisms, adjustment systems, and structural plate integrity under normal residential training use.

What’s Not Covered

The Elvion Fitness limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including upholstery wear, surface marks, or cosmetic fading)
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or failure to follow installation instructions
  • Misuse, overloading, or use beyond product weight limits
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
  • Damage from drops, impacts, or external force
  • Commercial misuse unless the product is explicitly rated for commercial use
  • External damage caused by environmental factors such as moisture exposure, fire, flooding, electrical surges, or accidents

Warranty Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at sales@elvionfitness.com and include:

  • Full name and order number
  • Product name and model
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)

Once received, our support team will review your request and respond with the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement parts, or product replacement depending on the situation.

Proof of Purchase & Terms

All warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all claims.

Warranty coverage begins on the date the product is delivered.
